Emily’s Street Eats LLC beginning

Back in January of 2023, we decided it was time to purchase a food truck. Many ways to search for a food truck were employed, including Facebook Marketplace! After learning of fraudulent postings of food trucks on the Facebook Marketplace platform, a legitimate vendor for food trucks was found. Finally in February of 2023 after some back and forth whether to purchase a food truck, the trigger was pulled and the food truck was purchased and taken back to our home base.  This is a video we made a short while ago showing the current exterior and interior of the food truck we purchased on February 17, 2023. Some mechanical work was performed as is completed now. The next stages that were done were cleaning of the interior (cooking area, fridges, floor, fryers) as well as some patch work. Additional items were a fire suppression system installation at the hood, and inspection of the plumbing and electrical systems.

This was a rough draft of my vision for my wrap for my food truck. We can’t believe this was the original draft.  We drew inspiration from other catchy wraps of other food trucks, and were finally able to get the design we wanted.  

This is the updated wrap, seen in action last July in 2024.  It is very catchy and we have had many positive comments on the appearance of the wrap for our food truck.  The menu is also shown and is attached.  Future work consists of getting a frame for the menu as well as a light that can illuminate the menu in the evening hours.
